Brand New Renovated 2BR Apt, Sleeps 5

This apartment is close to everything and if it isn’t, a short walk to Dizengoff Street to hail a taxi. The pictures depict the apartment accurately. The beds are very, very very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and has a very nice hairdryer. There is a half bath that just makes life a little bit easier. Also, washer and dryer for extended stays. It was the perfect location for us and fit our needs extremely well. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We lost power in 1/2 of the apartment and he quickly informed us that it was the entire complex, and that it was being attended to. The problem was addressed and electricity was returned very quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment, and would do so again in a heartbeat.

We can't say enough about the property, the landlord, location, the amenities, and the terrific time we had staying at this accommodation... from communication with the landlord to anything we could possibly want we would highly-highly recommend this apartment in the future and would absolutely come back! Do not hesitate to book this accommodation! I hope all of my future VRBO rentals will be as good as this!

Extremely comfortable apartment on the ground floor in a great neighborhood. Quiet and convenient; 20-minute walk to the beach, easy walk to Nachlat Binyamin and the shuk. There are plenty of excellent places to eat and a 24 hour market on the corner of the block. The owner's agent, Oren was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended

The Village apartment at Zamenhoff was home to us for our two week stay in Tel aviv. We've rented apartments and houses in the us and abroad many times, and I can easily say the experience we had at Zamenhoff stands out as the best. The apartment is impeccably maintained, tastefully and comfortably furnished, and fully equipped with modern appliances. The kitchen has everything anyone would need to cook and serve meals. There is ample bed and bathroom linen as well as a cell phone, Wifi, two televisions, and a washing machine and dryer that we used often. Cleaning service is available for a small additional cost. The apartment is located in the center of the city steps away from buslines and taxis. It is walking distance to the Performing arts Center, the National Theater, The Tel aviv art Museum, the seaside, a 24 hour convenience store, and many of the best cafes and restaurants in Tel aviv. But more than the facility itself, Golan, the owner of the apartment, added something very special to our stay. He is a pleasure - reliable, personable, and helpful. He knows Tel aviv well and always had good suggestions, when we asked, for restaurants, getting from one place to another, events to attend, and places of interest to visit. And that began at the time we first signed the rental contract through the entire planning phase of our trip prior to our arrival. Golan responded to many emails requesting that he purchase tickets for us for cultural events, make restauarant reservations, and offer practical advice. He was at the apartment when we got there and greeted us with a big smile and a platter of fresh Israeli fruit. He stayed and toured us through the apartment to be sure we knew how everything worked, was always available when we needed him, and was never intrusive.
