This bright, quiet, spacious (100 sqm) and comfortable boutique apartment is ideally located at the corner Frishman/Dizengoff ! Just 5 min walk to the beach, it is at the crossroad of the most popular beach/gourmet/nightlife beating hearts of the white city. Exceptionally well connected to the city’s public transportation services (Dizengoff/Ben Yehuda), you will be able to enjoy all of Tel Aviv city's facets!
The apartment is fully renovated to a very high standard. The renovation resulted in a perfect combination of modernity, comfort and convenience, and created the sense of a peaceful getaway adjacent to the buzz of urban life.
On the 2nd floor with elevator, the apartment sleeps up to 6 people. It comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 suite with queen size bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds). The open plan living space connects the living room and its large bay window, the dining area and opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooktops, oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, laundry washing machine and dryer, etc.
Exceptionally well connected to the city’s public transportation services (Dizengoff/Ben Yehuda): 15’ to Jaffa with bus 61 and 72; 7’ to Shuk Hacarmel with bus 72 and 172; 15’ to the Central Bus station with bus 5. Self-service bicycle rentals station around the corner.
You will have 1 private parking spot at the bottom of the building.

Super sejour a tel aviv grace a un acceuil professionel et chaleureux. De nombreux conseils et surtout un magnifique appartement tres cosy et super bien placé pour profiter de la plaque a 10mn et etre au coeur des nuits torides de tel aviv.
Nombreux cafes restaurants et commerce, tout en étant dans une rue au calme.
Le confort est très important pour passer de bonnes vacances : ce magnifique appartement de 3 chambres plus 2 salles de bains est ideal. Deco super soignée à la francaise. Avec en prime l ascenseur.
N oubliez pas tel aviv la ville qui ne dort jamais.

My husband, daughter, and I from Atlanta, found this bright, light- filled, modern, well located apartment for our 2 week stay inTel Aviv and we were extremely comfortable and happy there. Elie and Carole could not have been more attentive or caring Re all our needs. Even when we complained about not understanding how to use the aircon or the TV, they helped us immediately . We enjoyed being able to walk to every type of store … plus Frischman Beach , from the apartment. And Elie’s lists of referrals for airport taxis and restaurants was very helpful. We would highly recommend Israelis 5 to anyone wanting an experience city living in a Tel Aviv
