Benna Hotel

The staff here are amazing, nothing is too much for them to help you. There is a coffee house on site Breakfast is what you'd expect from a Turkish breakfast (however I was not expecting cake) The maid service is friendly And I didn't realise it until our last stay but they arrange local tours so you can book through them to see many of the wonderful sights and excursions. There was always someone around if you needed help The facilities were clean And it was very obvious they care Very close to the beach and local ammenities Tesekkürler (thank you)

The rooms are very basic The mattress quite hard Bathroom was quite small (this could be a problem for a larger person) The electrics only worked whilst your key was inserted into the slot by the door, so unless you were in the room you couldn't charge anything and the fridge didn't work. Obviously if you put anything in the fridge over night it was cold so as long as the door was kept closed it stayed cold whilst you were out. There was also no kettle in the room. Yes they had a coffee house on site but I would have found having a kettle useful as I like my morning coffee before I face people. Personal preference. It was still good for a budget hotel.

Отель рядом с хорошим пляжем. На территории есть свой бассейн, но мы не пользовались. В шаговой доступности кафе и магазины. При этом отель расположен на тихой улице, никакого шума. Достаточно сытный завтрак, который можно "двигать" по времени: мы ездили на экскурсию, поэтому попросили приготовить нам завтрак пораньше. Персонал разговаривает на русском, что очень удобно) В номере есть кондиционер, что оказалось очень актуально: в ноябре уже прохладно, так что мы вечером включали кондиционер на обогрев. Перед сном выключали. Есть уборка номеров - через два дня прибрались, заменили полотенца.

Не всегда работал wi-fi: несколько вечеров вообще не было никаких проблем, а один вечер интернет подвисал. Но это не какая-то критичная проблема.

I’m glad to have my vacation in this hotel. Easy to get there, the beach is nearby, free coffee and tee. Wonderful!

Unfortunately, the Internet stability is an issue here. I would like to mention the low signal during the daytime what could be related to the hot weather and weak router cooling system.

Low price. Good location.

Very poor breakfast. Unusable wi-fi. Shabby air conditioner spitting water and ice.
