Alashrafia Saray - Spectacular 2BR in Canal Views

The apartment is huge! There is plenty of space, big bedrooms and a big living room, as well as many bathrooms. It is good loaction for tourists, only 15 minuntes walk to Dubai Mall. The view from the balcony was amazing! I liked sitting there in the evening looking at the canal and the buildings on the other side. It looks like most of the the equipment in the apartment has been replaced with new items. There was small pool we used as well as gym. There is small internal restaurant where you can order food and drinks. Servcie is very friendy and helpfull.

I didn't like the kitchen, which was poorly organised and had limited space for food preparation. The microwave occupied the entire worktop, which makes no sense. It should be located somewhere else so that it doesn't occupy valuable space. I missed flat plate - anly bowls were available. Fridge doors also need to be repaired. I accidentally switched the button on the wall, which turned out to be a gas swtich, and we were unable to turn it back on. We had to call the room service to fix it.

Beautiful and convenient location and kind friendly staff. The apartment is big with good air-conditioning and lovely balcony.

The flat is very spacious and luxurious. The location is amazing, very central and near Dubai Mall. You have an amazing view from the 19th floor.

Nothing it was literally the definition of perfection
