La casa és un lloc encomiable, històric rústic i els espais comuns son grans. Ben situada al centre del pobla, prop de serveis, botigues, farmàcia...
Caldria actualitzar alguns equipaments, llits, electrodomèstics, hi ha alguns aparells que no funcionen, cafetera rentavaixelles, alguna dutxa no tenia les aixetes. Manca de tovalloles per la gent que hi havia L'únic aparell d'aire condicionat a la sala és del tot insuficient per les temperatures actuals a l'estiu, igualment els petits ventiladors de les habitacions
