About this villa rental
Spacious villa of approximately 450 m², ideal for families and groups of friends. Its large spaces allow everyone to enjoy each other’s company comfortably without feeling cramped.
It features a large, bright living-dining room—spacious enough for everyone to gather without getting in each other’s way—with a huge sofa, a pool table, and a 55-inch Smart TV.
It features 7 double bedrooms, one quadruple room with 2 double beds, and one children’s room with 5 single beds. It has 8 full bathrooms (6 with showers, 1 with a bathtub, and another with a jacuzzi).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, an Italian coffee maker, a microwave, a juicer, a full-size refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a large 90-cm oven, a 90-cm induction cooktop, kitchen utensils, pots, paella pans, and all necessary kitchenware.
All rooms have air conditioning.
Outside, there’s a barbecue with everything you need, including firewood and grills... The outdoor area consists of a terrace with very relaxing views, featuring a large dining table and several lounge chairs.
It also has a fenced-in garden area of over 500 m², which includes a pool with a shallower children’s section. The villa is located on the outskirts of town but close to the town center, with shops, bars, and restaurants… It sits on a private 15,000 m² estate in a very quiet area and has private parking. It’s a 5-minute drive from the beach.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo,la casa tal como sale en las fotos grande y limpia y el trato tanto de Antón como de Susana estupendos siempre están dispuestos para que no te falte de nada.

Das Ferienhaus Anton in Alcanar ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren insgesamt mit 10 Personen für eine Woche vor Ort und alle waren restlos begeistert. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle individuell gestaltet, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das saubere und gepflegte Haus verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Esstisch, wo alle 10 Personen (oder bei Bedarf mehr) Platz gefunden haben. Dasselbe gilt für den Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den Garten mit Pool und auf den Ort Alcanar, überall waren genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet genug Möglichkeiten das Essen vorzubereiten, insgesamt gibt es zwei Kühlschränke, wovon einer für Getränke genutzt werden kann. Spül- und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und besticht durch seinen schönen Pool, auch hier fehlt es nicht an Liegen und Sesseln.
Der Ort Alcanar selbst ist wenig touristisch geprägt, es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und die Tankstelle ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Carrefour, Lidl und Decathlon sind eine 15 minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß innerhalb von einer Stunde zu erreichen, dabei läuft man zum Großteil in Orangen- und Zitronenplantagen.
Insgesamt haben wir uns im Haus Anton sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen standen uns die Hausbesitzer telefonisch oder per Whatsapp jederzeit zur Verfügung.
