Upon our arrival, it turned out that the key for our (originally) booked apartment was gone and nowhere to be found. The owner picked up the call quickly and helped us resolve the issue within 5 minutes. Although we did not get to see the original apartment we had booked, we were MORE than happy with the alternative option that we were upgraded to. In addition, parking was not too far away from the accommodation.
Parking spaces are a little small (especially for bigger SUVs) but still good for sedans. Although it depends on people, the issue with the keys should probably be regulated more carefully.
