Great location near the park, but also near the university and business centers. Cozy little apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Helpful and nice staff.

I have been here many times in the past two years, and when possible I keep coming back because the position is excellent, the apartment really "cosy" as the title says, and the owner a very nice person.
Just one small detail which doesn't really have anything to do with the apartment or the owner. During my first night there the neighbors were really noisy (loud music until past midnight), so someone should probably tell them that the silent rule from 10 p.m. applies to them as well as to the guests.
