Host was waiting for us and advised us on best parking. The garbage and recycling arrangements were clarified as well as the operation of door and window locks. There was a generous provision of a welcome pack of breakfast items. There was also a selection of bottles of modestly-priced good quality wine on an honesty box basis, which we didn't need, as we had come prepared, but for other parties this could be really helpful. The hot tub would be a nice facility on some possible future occasion, but we had not booked it, as we did not expect to have time to use it. The location is quiet and the garden nice and private.

Recommend using the downstairs shower as the upstairs 1 is not very powerful

Beautifully decorated, warm and cosy . Beval cottage is beautiful, so much thought has gone into everything it really is home from home. The beds were so comfy the lounge cosy and the hot tub so welcome after our 16km round walk up sugar loaf. We will Definately br back and I’ve already passed the details to other friends.
