It was a very nice trip. The facilities were good. The location of the hotel was great. The rooms are awesome. The staff is very humble and cooperative. The food is delicious, but the price is definitely on a very high side. In winters the heaters are available at an extra charge of 1500/-Rs. The road towards the hotel is very bad. Overall it was a cool and calm place. I will definitely recommend it to others.

The roads to the hotel are bad, bumpy and broken. The price for the meal they charge is on the very high side.

Everything was ok and perfect room and the location.

My reservation they gave to other person without waiting me and they said they had called me but i never got any call or miscall ok i can say their some issue from my side as well as i came bit late to for check in.but still property should have inform me either through call or sms

Sky Mount itself is an absolutely amazing hotel. The beautiful views, peaceful natural surroundings, and excellent location made the experience truly memorable. Honestly, I didn’t even feel like leaving and coming back. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and serenity.

Unfortunately, the manager was not professional at all. His dealings were quite shabby and he appeared very greedy. I had already confirmed everything through Booking.com, but when I arrived there with my family, the manager claimed that one night would cost 22,500, whereas I had already booked 2 nights for 15,000. He was trying to overprice everything unnecessarily, which made the experience quite disappointing.
