We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it. Michele was a great host, friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

Ottima posizione, letto matrimoniale in camera molto comodo, bene il televisore in camera, e bene la presenza del microonde. Rapporto qualità-prezzo soddisfacente. Stanze luminose, ascensore presente nell'edificio.
Pulizia nel del dettaglio andrebbe migliorata. Non funzionava tappo del bidet e soprattutto non c'era il telecomando in sala (c'e' stato detto dal ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi che gli ospiti prima di noi lo avevano rotto la sera precedente). Questo fatto, per noi, è stato molto penalizzante.
