    The only drawback is, I requested a non smoking room but they didn't have it and I wasn't notified, so when I came to check in, they said there was nothing that can be done and the room smelt of guests that had smoked prior to us, we left the room open for an hour but still could not get rid of the smell.

    6 mins walk from train station and breakfast was awesome with traditional Japanese foods. There’s a Donke shop right next to the train station for all your shopping.

    The hotel looks new, but it is quite small. Unfortunately, the staff service was very disappointing. Communication in simple English was difficult, and even when using a translation device, we received incorrect information. A major issue occurred with the parking fees. Upon check-in, we were assisted by a male staff member and confirmed that the parking allowed multiple entries, as we needed to leave and return later. However, when we came back, the parking lot was full, and we had to return to the hotel to check again. This time, a female staff member directed us to another parking lot, where we were asked to pay again for overnight parking. We explained that we had already paid, but she ignored us and insisted on using her translation device, which gave incorrect translations. Even when I offered to use my translator app, she refused twice, causing further confusion. While we understand there may be language barriers, the hotel’s translation tools clearly need improvement to prevent misunderstandings like this. Overall, despite the hotel’s new appearance, the poor service and mismanagement of parking make it a frustrating experience. I would not choose this hotel again for future visits.
