Vacation House in Agiokampos

Perfect place for a longer stay, it can accommodate big family or group of friends. There's sea view from the balcony on the 2nd floor, it's also very quiet in the evenings. You get the entire house, 3 floors, 2 balconies, garden, 2 bedrooms + open attic for 6 people (if you don't mind there's no privacy), 3 bathrooms and huge living space with kitchen. There're charcoal and gas barbecues available. Several shops, bars and tavernas are only 10-15min walking. Ambulant traders are visiting every day too. Big supermarket and Friday farmers market is 15min away by car (in Agia). Beach is really close, it's very small pebbles (not sand, but no shoes needed), it's wide and very long so no many people around you (except on weekends, but still OK). Water is clean and there're several smaller beaches in 30min drive.

The main disadvantage is the beach, which is not fault of the property - water gets deep really fast (in 1-2m from the shore it's 2m deep!) which makes it difficult to relax with small kids. That's the case on all beaches in the region, not just Agiakampos. From 30 days stay we had only 5-6 days with calm water, all other days the waves were too big for the kids (even small waves are making the water unaccessible due to the depth and the fact the waves are crashing directly into the beach, not in a shallow waters 5-10 or more meters inside the sea. Beach is not very clean too, plastic waste is everywhere (I know, it's the same everywhere), but some cleaning organised by the municipality will be great. The house has ACs in one of the bedrooms (fan in the other one) and on the attic, but the one on the attic is too small and can't keep up on really hot days. The hot water (sun) is enough for up to 5-6 people. On cloudy days there's electric water heater but I couldn't make it to work. The neighbours are a little annoying - they were shouting on the kids every day, wanting to get them inside between 15:00 and 17:30, even when they kids were just talking. For longer stays better cleaning accessories should be provided - a vacuum at least, keeping clean such big house is not easy.

Tolles Haus ,super Freundliche Gastgeber , war alles Vorhanden was man braucht und sogar noch mehr.. Küche bestens ausgestattet viele elektronische Geräte, Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles mehrfach da. Putzmittel alles vorhanden Beschreibung des Hauses hat Zugetroffen , sowohl bei der Ausstattung wie auch beim Inventar. Fast direkt am Meer , ein toller Urlaub in ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir (4 Personen & unsere Hunde ) haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt , können wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke für den Schönen Aufenthalt-

Was das Haus Betrifft gibt es nichts auszusetzen, Nur wenn man Abends bischen mehr Auswahl zu Restaurants /Bar/Cafes, Läden haben möchte ,benötigt man ein Auto , in Fußnähe kleine Auswahl zumindest ab Ende August/Anfang September (Nachsaison) wer es ruhiger mag Optimal.
