The location was great. The pool was good! The condo was good. The property was very well kept.

The apartment was clean and very quiet. It’s centrally located with easy access to beach, shopping, dining and just about anything else you need in Hua Hin.
It had everything we needed for a short stay though it was quite sparse so may not be ideal for a longer stay.
Check in was easy and the pool is beautiful.
The sofa was terrible. The pool chairs were in disrepair. These are minor things and did not affect our stay.
There are signs EVERYWHERE around the property stating that short term stays are illegal and warning of penalties. The host was responsive when I questioned this and assured me that it was not a problem. However, there was just a sense of being unwelcome. Maybe it was the thought of a year in prison or maybe just being faced with these signs constantly but we didn’t feel comfortable. We stayed in HH but moved to another property.
