We did not stay. Conditions were unfathomably unsafe/dissatisfactory. Booking.com failed to resolve.

Absolutely nothing.

We signed a paper to ensure there would be no prostitution during our stay. The manager of the property put us in a different apartment than the one we booked and did not tell us. Once we figured it out and asked him why, he informed the other apartments hot water wasn’t working. Dust, broken cabinets, unsafe/loose tv mount, shower glass not sealed and water spilled out, mold and item in fridge, white stains on couch, cigarette burn in couch, dirty/unsatisfactory dishes. Further, the property owner refused to answer our calls. The property manager showed us other rooms to stay in instead, and was unable to open the door of the original booked apartment. All options were below any reasonable satisfaction, unsafe conditions. Property manager was in a hurry, we were left with only contact being booking.com for help. Booking.com failed miserably in providing any assistance or resolving the issue. Property manager then called us, and screamed through the phone, which is recorded. Property manager proceeded to return hours later to argue with us, yelling disrespectfully numerous times. Endured grief was incomprehensible to experience at the failure of booking.com holding accommodations using their site accountable. We slept in our vehicle. Booking.com gave us no refund.

Communication défaillante : j'ai appelé des dizaines de fois sur le numéro indiqué ! J'ai écris par mail , sur le site via Booking ! Aucune réponse ! Véritable Arnaque ! N'ayant pas eu de réponse , je n'ai pas pu me présenter au logement , puisque ma question concernait justement mon heure d'arrivée ! J'espère être remboursée!!!

Il y a une baignoire...

Tout est sale, cassé, on n'a même pas pu ouvrir le canapé lit. Les draps n'étaient pas changés et tâchés, le canapé aussi. C'était même sale dans le canapé. Même les murs étaient dégoûtants. La femme au téléphone pas très agréable. On a du fuir et trouver un autre endroit où dormir. On va faire réclamation.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimer l'appartement était sale j'ai des photos à l'appuie. L'odeur sentait les égouts une horreur

Malheureusement ou heureusement TOUT affreux Il devrait avoir des contrôles réguliers de la part de Booking pour vérifier la véracité des photos

Un petit animal ressemblant à un petit rat qui a voulu grimper à 2 reprises sur le lit. Du coup je n'ai pas pu dormir pendanr 2 soirs
