I was satisfied, the comfort and price were a perfect combination. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi connection (it was found, but there was no connection).I contacted the staff, but the problem wasn’t resolved.

un très bon rapport qualité prix, voire un prix imbattable, la rue est calme, une bonne literie, bien desservi en bus, et proche du RER, il y a une machine à café, la tele et la wifi, une superette au pied de l immeuble et une boulangerie. l appartement est propre, l essentiel est la, si vous n y faites que dormir, la communication avec l hote un peu laborieuse au moment de l entrée, mais à répondu à temps, donc vérifier bien que vous avez tous les éléments pour accéder à l appartement, franchement pas mal ...
vu le prix, il ne faut pas s attendre à un 4 étoiles, alors pour moi tout est ok,

Not far from the nearest metro station and bus stop, a cozy apartment with a large bed, an oven, and a TV.
The front door was broken — it was held shut only by a wooden bar, and there was no lock at all. The hot water knob in the shower kept falling off. The toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor (it wobbles) and there was a constant sewage smell (which, to be fair, is quite common in Paris). The shower was very small, but that’s not really a downside — you can still wash, and that’s what matters.
There was a small cockroach behind the toilet, and later ants appeared in the bedroom. The bed linen itself was clean and pleasant, but the duvet was dirty and covered in stains. The mattress had a dip in the middle — when two people sleep, there’s no way to stay on your own side, you’ll end up rolling to the center (both a plus and a minus 😂).
Be careful with the wardrobe — it really looks like it could fall on you. The rooms are not cleaned, but it’s not actually a hotel, so it’s worth buying extra toilet paper.
