Wonderful place for family

The appartement is very roomy, larg living rooom and well equiped kitchen. Very quite. Very.clean.

In the parents room there is one window (close window) with no shadowing option. , not to wake uo.at.5:30 from the sunrise....this is the only thing, part from that the property is wonderfull!!!!!

Good stay at a wonderful home which had a great location

The location was perfect close to all scenic areas. The flat was massive and spacious especially the bathroom. The owners were helpful. They came to help and resolve issue with the key lock.

The instructions on appliances were all in German. It was difficult to understand how to operate them. We faced a minor issue with key box

Superb

A clean spacious apartment. It was bigger than expected and seems to be recently renovated into a modern apartment. Our host Antonio provided us with a kettle and toaster and also provided night lamps on our request, Highly recommended.

Wohnung gut geeignet für größere Gruppen, man darf aber keine Gemütlichkeit erwarten.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, große Fensterfront mit Blick ins Grüne, ruhige Lage.

Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders gemütlich, überall graue Fliesen, nicht genügend Stühle, kein Tisch und kein Couchtisch im Wohnzimmer, überall Sofas (z.B. im Gang, wo man ein Schuhregal und eine Garderobe braucht, steht stattdessen ein Sofa, in den Schlafzimmern Sofas statt Schränken), kein gemütliches sondern nur grelles Licht, es hallt in der Wohnung, die Küche hat keine Türen, so dass man in den Schlafzimmern hört, wenn jemand in der Küche zugange ist… Mittlere Wohnung hat weder Balkon noch Terrasse. Sehr hellhörig, man hört die Mieter über einem laufen und die Mieter unter einem reden. Bettwäsche sehr unangenehm aus Synthetik.

Große und schöne Ferienwohnung nähe Schwarzwald

Schöne und ruhige Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Supermärkte, große, saubere und komfortable Wohnung mit viel Platz für 8 Leute, grundsätzlich gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles war sauber und Ausstattungen sind modern. Check-In war auch unkompliziert. Vermieter ist auch einfach erreichbar.

WLAN war langsam. Man kann z.B. auf dem Fernseher schlecht Netflix-Filme streamen. Tagsüber ist die Wohnung sehr hell, besonders im Wohnzimmer, da es keine Gardinen oder Rollos gibt. Sonst sind einige Kleinigkeiten z.B. wenn man etwas mehr kochen mag, sollte auch einige Sachen selber mitbringen (es gibt z.B. nur 1 Schneidebrett). Klopapier für 8 Leuten in 3 Nächten waren auch knapp, und man wünschte auch einige Sachen was beim anderen Ferienwohnungen gibt wie Duschgel/Shampoos und Papiertücher.

Nicht für Familien mit Kindern empfohlen!

Es war sauber und modern, die Lage ist ruhig und im Ort gibt es einen Edeka und einen super Bäcker bei der Kirche! Außerdem gibt es drei kostenfreie Stellplätze.

Wo soll ich anfangen...es ist sehr hellhörig da Gardinen, Teppiche, Kissen und eine ordentliche Trittschalldämmung fehlen. Der Vermieter wohnt unten drunter. Oben drüber gibt es noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr mangelhaft für 8 Personen. Es gab nur einen großen Topf, kein Nudelsieb, keine Weingläser und auch nicht 8 vernünftige Stühle. Wenn man etwas angefordert hat, wurde einem dies erst nach Diskussion oder Rechtfertigung gebracht. Im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche sitzt man aufgrund fehlender Vorhänge auf dem Präsentierteller und der Vermieter kann von unten reinschauen. Auf den Bildern sieht man auch das Vorhänge im Wohn-und essbereich fehlen. Wir hatten vorab angegeben dass wir mit 8 Personen (4 erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 3-9 Jahren kommen). Kinder scheinen aber nicht so willkommen zu sein. Zumindest keine jungen Kinder. das WLAN war sehr schwach, die angepriesenen Streamingdienste laden leider keine Filme. Die Abflüsse im "Kinderbad" im Waschbecken und der Dusche laufen langsam ab, ebenso im großen Bad in der Dusche. Der Vermieter hat sich jedoch bemüht das schnell zu beheben. Teilweise schließen Zimmertüren nicht richtig. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder und raten Familien mit Kindern ebenfalls von dieser Wohnung ab. Besonders da es im "Kinderzimmern" aufgrund mangelhafter Abdunkelung ab morgens taghell ist. (Foto anbei)
