The Rustic Resort

The Rustic Resort is a fantastic place to unwind and get away from the city. The resort is family-run, and everyone is so incredibly friendly. You'll be treated to gorgeous sights of the lakes and wonderful sounds of nature. Watching the fog roll across the lake as the sun peaks out from the horizon, and a loon calls in the distance is the stuff of dreams. Also, having your own boat to go fishing with is also a super fun experience. Jenna, the owner and host is super friendly and nice to talk to, same with Diane, who kindly checked us into the resort when we first arrived and helped us get settled. Check this place out if you are looking for an escape into the wilderness, with creature comforts. You have running water and electricity, along with hot showers!

There isn't really anything that I didn't like about the place. I should have probably booked another day or two, so I didn't like that I had to leave so soon.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf bij de Rustic resort. Het ligt vrij afgelegen, maar we vonden het na de drukte van toeristische gebieden in Canada een verademing om zo rustig inde prachtige natuur te zitten met een meer met eigen bootje recht voor de deur.
