La situation géographique. La tranquillité et le calme. La terrasse et le cadre.
Il manque un aspirateur (moquette sur la mezzanine). La hauteur sous plafond mérite d’être précisée sur l’annonce. Il manque également une machine à laver un sèche cheveux. Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de rideaux occultants. La pièce principale manque de rideaux et il y a trop de luminosité la nuit. Il y a peu de rangement.
