No 6 ShoalHaven - 1 bed option

Comfortable living space and excellent location. Friendly staff with good restaurant suggestions (and they ran an ice cube tray to us). Really nice to have a washing machine in unit. Walking distance to several nice walks and good restaurants. The unit does not have several items that would have made the stay a lot better (and brought my rating up). Easy to fix! Needs a coffee maker, cork screw, bottle opener, drying rack for dishes and one for clothes, a broom (for when it gets sandy and you don’t feel like lugging out the vacuum). A coffee table would have been good as well. This unit is practically on the beach and everywhere else we stayed provided beach towels & a sun umbrella. There is a cost here of $20 to provide beach towels.

Our favourite part of the property was the location. My partner and I couldn’t stop saying how great the location was. Located in the heart of shoal bay, right across the beach, next door to the best gelato spot, a short 2 min walk to shoal bay country club and many other restaurants and cafes! Despite the location we didn’t find it to be loud at night. It was a short drive to Nelson bay and other neighbouring suburbs in Port Stephens which we enjoyed exploring. The accommodation itself was clean and styled beautifully and included a lot of comforts to make the stay feel homely. The staff were incredibly lovely who answered our texts and met us upon arrival. I can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

There was nothing to fault!

The unit is right in the heart of Shoal Bay - Near shops and Shoal Bay Country Club. An older property but the unit was painted and modernised throughout and very clean.

Being elderly the stairs were a bit steep as the unit is on the 1st floor.
