Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Une petite modernisation serait nécessaire, comme par exemple la plaque de cuisson à gaz ou encore le tubes fluorescents au plafond.

La cuisine était bien équipée.
Le côté "sombre" du lieu, en plus pas de couleur à l'intérieur, tout gris, tout noir, tout marron, tout bleu nuit et l'emplacement en contrebas de la villa. Le plus dérangeant c'était les chiens du voisinage qui nous ont fait un concert chaque nuit et le toutou d'à côté qui nous aboyait dessus chaque fois qu'on passait.
