L'extérieur fait un peu penser un appartement salle . Mais la surprise intérieur ! appartement bien entretenu et propre - super moment et la ville de Basse -Terre a proximité . Bien placer

We had a wonderful stay at Appartement Kreòl. The accommodation was full two bedrooms Appartement. We arrives on Sunday to Pointe-a-Pitre and there were no busses to Basse-Terre. Antoine was willing to pick us up at the airport and drive us all the way to Basse-Terre. Appartement is in a n Appartement building on the first floor and has a nice balcony. It is short walk to the stores, promenade and good supermarkets. Basse-Terre downtown has a nice main street with quite a few stores to get anything one wants. There is also a McDonald!
There is really no beach! We took a bus to couple of places, but the beach was black stone and water was muddy. Main reason we stayed at Basse-Terre was to be close to the National Park. Unfortunately there is no way to get there from Basse-Terre by bus and there is no company operating any services. Communication in english is difficult even at the tourist office. One need a car to get around.
