die Lage war sehr passend für mich. Die Klimaanlage war ein Retter bei den heissen Tagen.. Einkaufsläden wie Profi oder Lidl sehr nahe - was will man mehr!

Bin nur mit einem winzigen Koffer gereist und in der ganzen Stadt keine preiswerte Hausschuhe gefunden (nur welche für 300-400RON), so dass ich die ganze Zeit in den Socken rumgelaufen bin - hat aber mit dem Gastgeber nichts zu tun.

Locatie curata, cu de toate pentru un weekend in Timisoara! Usor de ajuns, spatios si dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie.

This apartment was perfect for a single traveler such as me with a very good price for the quality offered. It felt home because I had everything I needed, and although a little far from the center, you can easily reach the mall by 20min walking or by bus. I particularly loved the very large sofa bed, the cleanliness of the apartment, the washing machine and all supplies available, as well as the comunication with the host and also how surprisingly quite the apartment and surrounding area was (the apartment is located on the last floor of the building)

If I really had to be picky, I wished the TV had more channels / smart-tv, and maybe a few more coffee tabs would have been nice.

Self check-in, quiet surroundings, shops available nearby at walking distance, view in front of opened area, sufficient lightning, internet, room’s furniture for the minimum needed, large fridge, air conditioning, washing machine, small balcony, public parking available, availability of the owner by phone. The owner took into account our comments regarding the apartment, and took steps to improve the situation we faced.

Dirty apartment, dirty bathroom, dirty ground, dirty windows, dirty fridge, dirty kitchen, garbage in the recycle bin left, not ironed and not very clean bedsheets… Insects in the towels laid on the bed. Towels let for drying next to the bed. Dusty furniture. There was no toilet paper, no tissues, no soap for washing dishes, and even when requested, we were proposed to leave and take our money back. Not what we needed, as we did not had time to search and go somewhere else. FYI, apart from the cleaning issues, the apartment is situated at 4th floor without elevator in an old building, so not easily accessible. The area around the block is not very clean but safe.
