Excellent place to spend some time by the sea with your family.

New, very cosy appartment with a balcony view to the sea and a convenient access to a few public and private beaches. The closest supermarket is just a 4 min walk away. Lots of small nice restaurants nearby.

The transit road nearby can get noisy during rush hours.

The apartment that is more than you ever dreamed of.

We had the honor of being able to live in this wonderful apartment for the first time. The pictures show the reality, but when we saw the miracle there, our jaws dropped. It has everything. Everything is arranged perfectly logically. Nothing We have also found the European socket adapter. The kitchen includes all the dishes, cutlery, everything you need for cooking and preparing delicious meals. There is a gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. There is also a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, with capsule too.,.. hairdryer. Cleaning products for the machines. The kitchen from the window and from the huge terrace you can see the sea wonderfully, which is just an arm's length away. The apartment building is quiet, the neighbors are nice. Newly built. you can go. You can enjoy delicious local food at the table on the terrace. There are shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment also has a parking lot. It is not an underground garage, so if you arrive with a roof box, there is no problem with the height of the car. The parking lot is also easily accessible, close to the entrance of the apartment. As for the owner: I hope we have made an eternal friendship, because he is a fantastic personality and helped us in everything. One of the nicest people I've met so far. He explained everything perfectly, we also received a map and suggestions on where we can enjoy our stay there.We can't wait to relax at his place again. We have never had such good accommodation as this one.

Tolle Gegend, Traumhafte Strände, muss man mal gesehen haben.

Alle notwendigen Utensilien waren gegeben, Küche gut ausgestattet auch für Selbstversorgung.

Bella Italia.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gelegen, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Der Besitzer Christian war supernett, sprach Italienisch und Englisch (leider kein Deutsch), war aber äußerst hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war alles top – unsere kurze Reise war perfekt!

Leider öffnen alle Restaurants in der Nähe erst gegen 19:00-19:30 Uhr, daher ist es schwierig, hier früher zu Abend zu essen. Meistens muss man vorher reservieren, und um diese Uhrzeit ist es oft schon zu spät. Zwischen 17:00 und 18:00 Uhr hat leider noch nichts geöffnet.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Eigentümer (Chtistian) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps (Restaurants/Sehenswürdigkeiten) gegeben.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Meer ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe.

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame host en het appartement was in een top staat, goed onderhouden en bood alle luxe die je kan wensen (zoals een wasmachine, magnetron, oven en zelfs vaatwasser).

“Tolle Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert!” Die Vista Mare Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Christian, der ein großartiger Gastgeber ist: freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Splendido soggiorno

Appartamento di nuova costruzione ben accessoriato e accogliente, accogliente come Christian che ci ha accolti con molto entusiasmo, persona molto gentile che ci ha consigliato cosa visitare e dove pranzare/cenare, ad un prezzo contenuto abbiamo avuto tutto ciò che desideravamo, accoglienza e comodità a due passi dal mare. Con il parcheggio privavato non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di usare l'auto poiché nell'arco di 50 metri ci sono tutte le comodità a partire dal supermercato, la spiaggia(sia libera che privata), bar e ristoranti di ogni genere. È stato un bel soggiorno, probabilmente il migliore tra i tanti nostri piccoli viaggi, lo consiglio a tutti e sicuramente torneremo.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in einem Top-Appartement

Christian, der Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar war, um Fragen zu beantworten. Gute Klimaanlage, schöner Balkon mit Ausblick und Markise. Restaurants zu Fuß in der Nähe.

Dass die in der Nachbarschaft stehenden Müllcontainer auch nachts mit Flaschen gefüllt werden, das ist sehr schade, da sehr laut. Das ist aber nicht eine Sache des Vermieters, sondern zeugt vom italienischen Müllsystem und der Einstellung der dortigen Bevölkerung.
