De ligging was perfect.

L'emplacement, le charme désuet.
Le lavabo de la salle de bain inadapté (lave main). Le linge de maison entassé à l'air libre sur des chaises. Surabondance de textile (tapis, rideaux, cousins, peluches, etc...) qui sont des nids à poussière.

Le village et l'environnement cité médiévale
Le logement pas facile d'accès au niveau des communs, l'espace à vivre surchargé, le coin nuit en mezzanine peu accessible, le linge de toilette qui sentait le renfermé, l'espace toilette surchargé, les volets non occultants. Immeuble bruyant par l'équipement en lui-même, sol et proximité du centre.
