A beautiful apartment in a lovely area of Jávea we would love to use again when we return.

Beautiful location, loads of restaurants and bars shops all very near. The balcony was beautiful the property was very comfortable with most of the things we needed. Plenty of warm bedding which was great for January Our host was very friendly and helpful.

It is January so we knew it was likely to be chilly. But the aircon and heater struggled a bit to make it warm enough on the cooler days. And as tea drinkers a kettle would have been fab.

Lovely apartment in a great location, views are stunning. We loved staying in the Port with restaurants so close by & a minute walk to the beach. It was perfect. Hosts were very helpful & communication for check in was excellent. .

An electric kettle would really be useful, although using the coffee machine worked out OK. .

Superb central apartment

The apartment is on a pedestrian street so nice and quiet. Restaurants and harbour are literally on your doorstep. The views from the terrace are brilliant.

Very happy stay

Easy to arrange and get access. Lift up to 4th floor with short flight of stairs to the front door which we were aware of at booking. Generous terrace with plenty of space. Internals: plenty of seating. Small kitchen but with everything you need. Bedroom has a lot of storage. Right in the middle of the port. Easy access to supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, restaurants, shops, La Grava (pebble) beach.

Everything you need for a beach holiday in Spain

I have stayed in Javea a dozen times and this suited us the best and was excellent value for money. Toni was very proactive in communicating with us to arrange getting into the apartment. This one bedroom apartment with sofa bed was a perfect size. It has a full kitchen with a washing machine. My child was comfortable on the sofa bed. We loved sitting out on the balcony, which has its own shade. In addition to the balcony there was also access to the rooftop terrace that had clothes lines. The location is also fantastic. The building is located on the pedestrian street a stone’s throw from the beach. We had no trouble finding on street parking. There is a lift that goes to the fourth floor. We just needed to carry our bags up one flight of stairs. The air conditioner worked well, keeping the place cool on some very warm days.

The beds could have been more comfortable but are pretty good by Spanish standards, which tend to be quite firm.

De locatie is heel fijn, vlakbij boulevard, strand, winkels en restaurants. Het appartement was gezellig ingericht.

De lift ging niet nd bovenverdieping, dus zeulen met bagage. Geen droogrek aanwezig, wel een wasmachine. Lastig parkeren in de buurt. En graag wat nieuwe frisse kussens op de bank.

Muy buena experiencia

Ubicación muy buena, una terraza genial, y buena comunicación con el propietario, que nos consiguió también una cuna de viaje para nuestro hijo!

Había un poco de ruido en la habitación del viento, y la cama era un poco blanda para lo que estamos acostumbrados, pero son detalles dentro de una muy buena experiencia!
