La cercanía y el alojamiento muy completo

La ubicación es perfecta, es una casita amplia y la terraza es una gozada aunque a ciertas horas huele mucho a las salidas de humo de los restaurantes.
El aire acondicionado no funcionó la mitad de nuestra estancia, es verdad que el propietario fue atento y lo solucionó con la mayor brevedad posible. La limpieza en algunas zonas de la casa era mejorable.

La casa está genial ubicada en una zona algo más trabquila, la terraza es preciosa para cenar o comer fuera y ver el mar además de super cómoda. Las instalaciones genial y hay todo lo que se necesita.

Ubicación y la terraza.
-No tiene ascensor hasta la planta 5 y no se informó de ello en la descripción del alojamiento. Tienes que subir por las escaleras con todo y el rellano no tiene ventanas y es un horno y sin luz. -Limpieza general y pequeños detalles (nevera sucia por dentro y por fuera, papel wc empezado, utensilios de cocina mal lavados, decoración con polvo…) -Calor en la habitación, cocina y baño, porque solo hay un aire acondicionado en el salón y mal enfocado hacia el resto de la casa. -La habitación da a una zona azotea común desde la que te pueden ver. -Los plomos saltan enseguida, la luz se corta si enciendes varias cosas mínimas a la vez (aire, cocina y tv). Debes tener 1 sola cosa funcionando. -La seguridad de la casa es nula. No parece una puerta de vivienda sino de una oficina que da la impresión de abrirse fácilmente. Tampoco tiene mirilla, ni timbre…
