Location is excellent, very nice modern apartment . DEDICATED PARKING

Some signs of ageing needs a derp clean and some minor repairs and painting

The location,on site parking and the lovely apartment,the lift was an added bonus.The balcony was nice to sit out on in sunshine with a cuppa.The quietness at night.

The noisey wonky loo seat,

It was very clean and because of the windows and concertina glass doors it was lovely, light and bright. The decor was exceptional, the open plan of the kitchen, dining and living space is fantastic because you can still be part of the conversations if you’re in any of those areas. Although we didn’t watch any of the DVD’s this was a lovely touch, we did play some of the games that were also provided and had fun in the evenings, this was also a thoughtful touch of the owners. As parking is usually at a premium in Whitby, The parking bay provided with the apartment was an absolute necessity and was a few metres away from the main entrance which was a big bonus. The Comunal lift was an absolute bonus.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about this apartment, we enjoyed our few days break here and we would definitely stay here again. Although this is only a suggestion, A white or grey tower fan that fits in with the beautiful decor would be a great addition because even though we had the doors open, there was no breeze at times. And as there isn’t any hanging space in one of the bedrooms, a clothing rail would be of benefit.

Apartment spotless and modern. Location perfect for walking into Whitby and private parking space.

Only problem no local grocery store if you ran out of milk.
