Lovely bright living space and really well equipped kitchen - nice touch having milk, biscuits and cupboard essentials waiting on us :-) Bedrooms were fresh and comfortable.
Minor point (but if you are a light sleeper it could be an issue) the bathroom fans are really noisy, and the stairs are also unavoidably squeaky!

Self catering. Everything we needed was on hand. The hosts left milk, tea bags and biscuits on our arrival. Very thoughtful.
As the week went on the walk up the bank, became easier

The property was clean and comfortable. The parking space is directly outside the property. It is snug so not suitable for a large vehicle. It was just about ok for our xtrail . The location was perfect, a two minute walk to the beach front and the bus stops for the park and ride and the open top bus.
There is a step up into the both bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. Fine during the day but had to think it about it at night. Didn’t spoil our stay at all though.

Comfy beds, well equipt.
Good location
Scaffolding outside property meant the car had to be parked on the neighbouring street. A free car park pass was provided and the owners were very apologetic about the scaffolding
