La posizione. Metropolitana sotto casa comodissima, e comunque a piedi si arriva tranquillamente in via toledo ecc. La stanza era pulita.
Il bagno. Era gelido. Non c'era il riscaldamento, ma un condizionatore con pompa di calore in camera. Il calore comunque non arrivava in bagno che rimaneva gelido. E la temperatura dell'acqua era o bollente o fredda. Inoltre ci hanno chiesto i soldi in contanti per pagare la tassa di soggiorno, durante il soggiorno stesso, hanno insistito, quando in realtà non é specificato da nessuna parte su booking l'obbligo di pagare in contant, ma anche con carta. Inoltre il.coprimaterasso veniva sempre via e ci ritrovavamo a dormire sul materasso, e nonostante abbiano cercato di rimediare, non hanno risolto il problema. Mi dispiace
