Spacious apartment with two bedrooms. The equipment was adequate. I loved the bath, and the proximity to Bad Schandau; went there on the bicycle! (The house is right on a busy road and traffic could be heard but -even with the windows open- that didn’t really bother me). Also liked being able to sit outside on the terrace, looking at the garden; cute and colorful during the day, a fairytale of lights at night! The people living there were friendly. Overall i liked my stay.

What dìd bother me, is no door and no decent curtain in one bedroom; so i slept in the other bedroom the first nights (with a door and this room was darker + had a mosquito screen on the window). But the bed in that room was so bad that i ended up sleeping in the ‘no door’ (just a curtain) bedroom after all). No problem for me alone but with more people i wouldn’t have liked this lack of privacy…

Responsive host, parking available, good location - near most of hiking trails.

Recht gute Lage nahe Bad Schandau, gute Kommunikation vor der Reise. Größe der Wohnung für 3-4 Personen OK. Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, Backofen nicht ganz funktionstüchtig. Schöner Bereich zum draußen sitzen.

Etwas muffiger Geruch bei Anreise. Betten nicht grad bequem, haben auch mächtig geknarrt. Wohnzimmer recht ungemütlich, Höhe des Tisches passt so gar nicht zu den Sitzmöbeln, beim Essen unangenehm. Fernseher: Antenne und Netzstecker mit Klebeband geflickt, daher „Wackelbild“ . Ein Rauchmelder gab mehrmals unvermittelt, ohne Grund, Alarm, auch nachts 🫢
