Ferienappartements-Milina

Die Wohnung in einer Jugendstil Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Wohn/Esszimmer ist wunderschön groß und die Couch so gemütlich, dass man nach einem aktiven Tag darauf total entspannen kann. In der Küche gibt es alles was man benötigt. Das Bett ist bequem und da das Schlafzimmer zum Garten hin liegt, bekommt man von der Straße kaum was mit. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Zufahrt in den Hof ist etwas unübersichtlich wo man etwas aufpassen muss. Der Abfluss der Dusche war etwas undicht und daher zum Teil am Bodenrand etwas nass. Ende September wird eine neue Dusche eingebaut und somit ist der Schaden behoben.

Vermieter war bei Ankuft nicht erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich. Es gibt ein schönes grosses Grundstück. Aber für Gäste nicht zu benutzen. Der kleine Balkon ist nicht nutzbar.

The communication with the host was not great. The host was not replying to our messages or replying after a couple of hours, usually with half sentences, we felt like the person is bothered by us having any questions at all, that felt slightly rude and not really welcoming. we got a code to enter the front door and no instructions what flat in the building we should enter. Only middle of our stay we discovered that we should have been offered the possibility of getting the guest card (Gästekarte) that would enable us to get discount on the local public transport. Would be nice if the host would offer those cards or would send us any sort of welcoming note informing how to enter the apartment.
