Très grand appartement, équipement exceptionnel, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, accueil simple et bienveillant.
Localisation un peu éloignée du centre historique de Perpignan (15 minutes environ à pied) et il faut éviter de passer par le quartier Saint Mathieu moyennement bien fréquenté pour le rejoindre.

La gentillesse de Sébastien et Michel, l emplacement au calme avec parking sécurisé et même si nous n'avons pas eu le temps de l utiliser, le toit terrasse avec la petite piscine.
