The property was located in a great spot just outside of downtown Saint Augustine. It was perfect to catch a cheap uber drive, and when we were ready to leave the facility, there was very little traffic.
There is nothing negative I have to say about the property.

Nice, clean hotel at a great price. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is dine-in only, you aren't allowed to take it back to your room.

Amazing location walking distance from great coffee shop and only a short drive to the historic fort. The staff were friendly and rooms were very clean.
Parking was $10 a day, but the lot was well lit and in good location.

Breakfast needs improvement!
Location is good, close to the historic district if you have a car.
Breakfast, bed (too high, not firm and noisy), bathroom (toilet seat too low and the toilet seat was loose, almost coming out of its hinges). i didn't like all the credit card charges before we completed our stay) Parking should be free!
