The apartment was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed.
The location is fabulous and the views amazing .
The resort was perfect and pools and gardens lovely.
We had a few teething problems and the apartment manager was very prompt in trying to sort and appeared in person almost immediately despite not being “ onsite “
We were 3 family members including my mother 90 yrs old.
The sofa bed was broken beyond repair ( verified by manager) and unsuitable for my mother and also could only be used as a single bed .
My mother had the double bed and one of us had to move out to another location.
Hopefully the sofa bed has been replaced.

Checked out at 11am flight at 1015 pm, they said that a room to store your luggage was closed. Never experienced that in a hotel before.
