This Benalmadena beach apartment is the perfect place to holiday. Situated in the front line Benal Beach complex, it is a fantastic location. The property has recently been renovated to a very high standard and is bright and modern.
On entering this apartment you will find an open plan living/dining area. The living room boasts a sofa bed and 42" flat screen tv. There is a large balcony just off the living room overlooking the swimming pools and gardens of the complex. It also boasts a spectacular view of the mountains and Paloma Park.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all the equipment and utensils you might need to enjoy your stay. It offers a hob, oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine & microwave.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. It has its own balcony overlooking the swimming pools and gardens, The views from this apartment are truly stunning with breath taking sun sets. The bedroom is decorated and furnished with a modern feel. The bathroom boasts a large walk in shower.
The apartment is on the seventh floor.
This complex is located in an enviable position right beside one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Del Sol and surrounded by lots of shops, bars & restaurants. It boasts very large gardens and 5 very inviting communal swimming pools with water slides and a swim up pool bar. There is also a snack bar beside the pool. Other amenities include 24 hour reception, games room, supermarket, gift shop, There is also a fitness centre (extra charge) within the complex with a spa, jacuzzi, steam room, indoor swimming pool, etc.
During the summer months there are organised activities and evening entertainment.
