Квартира уютная и много света днём за счёт окон в пол. Очень порадовал тёплый пол в ванне. Тихо льётся вода с душа. На кухне было всё необходимое для готовки еды. Есть небольшой балкончик. Матрас на кровати мягкий и вроде бы спать хорошо, но у меня болела спина (видимо мне не подходит такой матрас). Входная дверь закрываеться автоматически (плюс еще дополнительно можно закрыть ключом). Парковка на территории дома и ворота открываются с пульта. Территорию убирают (был снег и утром тротуар был чистый).
В маленькой комнате прохладно из-за того, что радиатор там не работает; плохая шумоизоляция (очень хорошо слышно соседей), дверная ручка в комнате очень скрипела когда дверь открывали/закрывали; духовка была грязная.

Valoisa ja toimiva asunto. Kaikkia tarvikkeita oli riittävästi käytettävissä vessapaperista lähtien.
Kulumapolviselle portaat toiseen kerrokseen tuottivat pikkuisen haastetta. Mutta hyvin selvittiin.
