Casa Montanini Centro Storico

Clean, well equipped and location. Comfortable and secure entrance. Good shower and kitchen. Self check-in was clear with photos

Limited clothes storage as the wardrobe was full of extra bedding, pillows etc but not a big problem for us.

Posizione centralissima e struttura semplicemente perfetta!

Excellent location.

Although the apartment is conveniently located in the town centre, the bedroom is on the main lane to the bus, making it very loud throughout the night due to people and motorbikes, which kept us awake. * Washing Machine: After two washes, the machine would not open. We contacted the concierge, but it took them two days to arrive while our clothes remained trapped inside. We were then asked to pay €159 and blamed for the malfunction after it was repaired. * Storage: The wardrobes and drawers were completely full of the owner’s belongings, leaving no space for our clothes. * Closet Supplies: There were only five coat hangers provided, two of which were broken. * Bedroom Blinds: The blinds are broken and missing slats, failing to block out the light. * Bathroom: The shower door has mould covering the bottom. * Kitchen: Although the cooktop is induction-compatible, only one of the pans provided is suitable for use. * Laundry Area: The laundry space is cluttered with the owner’s items and various cleaning agents. * Furniture: Some of the furniture is deteriorating and shedding debris onto the floor. * Noise: We experienced significant noise throughout the night from the unit above (possibly the adjacent hotel), including the sound of moving furniture and the shower. I have attached photos documenting these issues.
