The location is superb. In 10 minutes, you can be in the heart of the city. There are two metro stations close to the apartment; one of them is Namba, which has a direct connection to the airport and the Shinkansen. The area is calm and quiet. There is a Family Mart just a 1-minute walk away. There is a private washing machine in the apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy. I would definitely come back.
Nothing else, but it would have been helpful if we could have checked in before 4 PM, even if the room wasn't ready yet.

The location is very good, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation.
The only area I would suggest reviewing is the check-in process. It would be much more convenient if guests could complete the check-in information earlier on the same day and receive the room PIN code around 4:00 PM, rather than having to check in at 4:00 PM in front of the door, especially during the summer heat. This would make the arrival process much smoother and more comfortable. One small suggestion for the room: since there is already a chopping board, it would be very useful to also provide a kitchen knife.

It was clean and great value for money
The bed was not as comfortable and only 1 pillow per person. Check in at 4pm is a bit later than usual. Early check in rate would be great to have.

It was clean and had a washing machine in the room (no dryer).
There was no one on site, not able to transfer luggage. A bit of a walk to namba station. The photos make the room appear larger than it is.
