Penthouse 2Bd apartment in the heart of Koukaki

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Terasz nagyon nagy Minden van pár lépésre, bolt, pékség, étterem.

Lift borzasztó Beragadtunk onnantól nem mertük használni, napi 2x megmásztuk az 5 emeletet gázolaj szagban, ami a liftből jön. Este zajos. Egyágyas szobában nincs klíma, matrac v alakban befelé lejt.

Amazing apartment, I recommend it for everyone! Localisation is perfect, close to the Acropol, Filopappou Hill, many good restaurants around. And Drakou street itself is very nice, small street with only pedestrians. The apartment is really nice and stylish, it stands out among other rental places, decorated with cheap pictures and ugly furniture. This is a place you might actually want to live. Lovely all around.

The steet is quite loud at evening and night, that's because of restaurants, people going out. You could still hear it at apartement, which is located on 5th floor. But that's the price for living i the center of the city.

Non c’era la colazione. Sarebbe stata apprezzata anche una bottiglia d’acqua all’ingresso in casa, ma nulla. Tuttavia la casa si presenta molto carina e confortevole, peccato per la cucina in quanto è quasi possibile cucinare poiché mancano i fornelli. Posizione eccellente! La consiglio fortemente

Location is lovely, terrace is lovely too and the flat is spacious. Beds were ok too and bed linen clean and good light from outside.

The flat is on the top floor, when we arrived I saw a message in the lift saying the lift will be out of order for the next 4 days, which we knew nothing about. I asked the host to allow us to pay half the money and find somewhere else as my partner had some health issues that would make climbing for days up to the flat v difficult. No answer from the host so he just had to struggle. Also the work on the lift started at 7.55 am (which fair enough it wasn't maybe their fault) and the drilling kept going thought he first day. Unless the money from our stay was the last money they had...it would have been decent of them to let us book somewhere else considering medical issues. But alas. The kettle also tripped the lights several times. I asked the host about it and he said that it's never happened before and that it's "best not to use it". No offer to replace it or fix the situation. Kitchen is small, the electric stove top takes ages to heat up and cook food. I came home and realised that the kettle problems and hob issues had happened to others before so do read up on other reviews. Also could do with a dining table that is newer as the current one is old and creaky. Otherwise a pleasant flat. We did not need the air con so cannot comment on that.
