房間內部很寬敞，地面也都一塵不染，就算沒穿鞋子，襪子也不會髒，位置離火車站走路就可以到，有機車、汽車停車位，各種方式來都方便。
一開始房主態度不是很好，辦理入住時口氣有點差。
