這是我第一次到臺東市住宿。這家民宿優質，超乎預期🤩。闆娘很貼心，因為家人比我早一天到達，但入住時間已經超過晚上10點人還沒有入住，闆娘就打電話詢問關心。後來家人到了時間已晚需要付款，老闆娘說，沒關係，隔天再付款也可以哦！讓我感動，闆娘人真好。此民宿是整棟獨棟的，闆娘不住這裡，進門有密碼鎖，鑰匙放盤子上依照房號自取。客廳佈置溫馨好喜歡🤩，廚房還有冰箱可以冰食物飲料，同時也有烤箱可以使用，垃圾桶還可以分類。環境乾淨，樓梯明亮乾淨，進房門口還有櫃子及飲水瓶可以使用。房間很大，有陽台，佈置簡約好看，有掛衣架及放衣籃。廁所磁磚很細緻還有美麗圖案令人賞心悅目。水量也很大，水溫可調令人賞心悅目。地點距離臺東火車站很近。
因為下大雨關係，門口院子放機車處有小積水，鞋子放置處也會有小積水，會有點不方便。
