The apartment was beautiful, with large and spacious rooms. We loved the minimalist and tasteful decoration. Communication with the staff was quick and helpful. The location was also something we liked as it allowed for a true break from busy Hamburg, plus public transportation is literally 1 minute away.

Für Reisende mit Anspruch an Dienstleistung und Komfort nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr gut.

Der Vermieter hat vehement auf den Check-Out um 10.00 Uhr bestanden, obwohl in der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass der Check-Out zwischen 10.00 Uhr und 11.00 Uhr möglich ist. Bei starken Regen in der Nacht drang bei allen Fenstern an der Ostseite viel Wasser ein. Unter einer zentralen Lage verstehe ich nicht, dass zur nächsten S-Bahn 17 Minuten Fussweg notwendig sind. Die Ausstattung ist eher spartanisch. Die Wohnung passt eher als Monteurswohnung. Um ins sehr kleine Bad (eingentlich nur ein Schlauch) zu kommen, muss immer das Schlafzimmer durchquert werden. Meines Erachtens sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es bis zum Appartment 62 Stufen sind.

Es war schwieriger als ich es mir erhofft hatte, kein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Es war eine Ferienwohnung, da gibt es kein Frühstück.

Meine Knie sind kaputt und ich soll keine Treppen steigen, die Wohnung liegt im 5 Stock und man muss 60 Treppen hoch und wieder herunterlaufen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug!! Es gibt weder eine Waschmaschine noch einen Trockner noch eine Spülmaschine. Obwohl genügend Platz vorhanden wäre. Es gibt in jedem Schlafzimmer einen Schrank, der so klein und eng ist, dass maximal 1 Person ihre Wäsche dort unterbringen kann, aber ganz bestimm keine 2 Personen und es gibt genügend Platz, neben diese Schränke jeweils noch einen 2. daneben zu stellen. Das gleiche gilt für die Couch im Wohnzimmer. Die ist so eng, dass sich 2 schlanke Menschen da draufquetschen können. Hier gilt genau das gleiche, auch dort ist Platz vorhanden, sodass man eine 2. Couch daneben stellen könnte, sodass die 4 Personen für die die Ferienwohnung ausgelegt ist, bequem Platz hätten. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist katastrophal, es gibt so gut wie nichts, was man benötigt um kochen zu können. Es gibt große Glasfenster die im Dach eingearbeitet sind. das ist im Winter wirklich schön, da es aber keine Klimaanlage gibt, rate ich jedem davon ab, dort im Sommer hinzugehen. Da heizt sich die Wohnung mit Sicherheit extrem auf. ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen, die Wohnung ist aus meiner Sicht eine Zumutung.
