Apartment with incredible view, pool and gym

The space was bright, clean, modern and comfortable. I especially appreciated the bed and bedding! The linens were very nice, and the pillows were top quality. The apartment was in a fantastic location, very very safe and surrounded by cafes, coffee shops and bookstores. Renzo was a very responsive host as well!

No fault of the property owner but note that the laundry machines in the basement only work with an app, and you need a Peruvian bank account to use it, so I couldn’t do my laundry. 🙁

When you arrive in building, you have to give your passports to the security staff at reception and they will take photos of them. This is normal. Then once you let Renzo know when you are coming, he will be waiting for you at the apartment to take payment with a card machine or cash and will hand the key over. It is a little studio with a hob, microwave, sink, fridge. And a little balcony looking over the Tower A apartment building next door. There is a gym on ground floor with two treadmills and two elliptical machines and a few weights. Also a pool on top floor, and payable washing machines on -1 floor. It is all very convenient with a little supermarket next door. The lifts are super fast. I really enjoyed my little flat. It was very clean and I used the gym every day. The wifi worked well as well. Renzo was very nice and even agreed to let me drop bags off early. Bed was very comfie too and nice pillows. A kettle, toaster and some nice mugs. 100% recommend.

Just be aware that the windows are not double glazed and walls are thin so you can hear noise of neighbours and traffic. Sometimes some reggaeton at night. Also the blinds are not black out blinds so bring a eyemask and some ear plugs. Also would have been nice to have some tea towels and paper kitchen towels to wipe the surfaces. There is also a washing machine but it is unclear how to use it so some instructions would be nice.

El alojamiento tenía un olor desagradable en nuestra llegada y el baño no estaba del todo limpio pero lo hablamos con Renzo e hizo todo lo posible por solucionarlo cuánto antes. El apartamento tiene por todos los lados pequeños bichitos
