On the ground floor, you'll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen featuring an open cooking area, big table for group dining, wood fireplace, sofa, and TV. Adjacent, unwind in the expansive living room, which offers a desk for home office tasks and a cozy sofa for relaxation.
Ascend to the first floor, where you'll discover four roomy bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Two of these rooms also boast additional single beds. Freshen up in the bathroom, complete with a rejuvenating rain shower.
Our converted barn houses a charming, intimate apartment furnished with a queen size bed and bathroom with a soothing bathtub. Adjacent to the apartment, you'll find a large room with a glass window front, perfect for indoor events such as parties, table tennis tournaments, or yoga sessions.
Venture outside to explore the garden, where two terraces await for alfresco dining. Relax in multiple hammock nooks tucked beneath the trees, and let the kids run free in the ample space perfect for football and other outdoor games.

The place has a natural beauty. Expect simply life, don’t expect microwave ovens. The trees around are spectacular. The villages around are special. The Adriatic Sea is 1 hour of driving. We like everything but insects bites….
