Cross-country ski trails and the illuminated toboggan run are right behind the house. Bus stop 100 meters away, ski lift within sight.

Anne’s Wohlfühlplatzl:

The loft-style apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers:

• Bathroom: separate—with a large corner bathtub, toilet, sink, hand towels, bath towels, hair dryer
• Kitchen: Ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, toaster, electric kettle, dish towels, breakfast bar, dining table
• Bedroom: Double bed, pillows, comforters, fitted sheet, bed linens, throw blankets
• Living room: Sofa, reading nook with a spectacular view, color TV, coffee table, floor lamps, Wi-Fi
• Balcony: Morning sun, table, 2 chairs
Upon request, an additional double bedroom without a bathroom on the 1st floor can be booked along with the loft.



On-site fees: One-time final cleaning



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
