Haus Karoline welcomes you in Achenkirch, just 500 meters from the Christlum ski area and 800 meters from Lake Achensee.
The property offers modern apartments with free Wi-Fi and a balcony. A grocery store is located in the same building. The free bus to the ski slopes and hiking trails stops right outside the door. The spacious and bright apartments offer views of the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains. They feature a private bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette and satellite TV.
Many restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the apartments.
For an additional fee, you can use a washing machine and a dryer. Ski storage and covered bike parking are available free of charge. You can park your car in the free private parking spaces at the property. The property’s garden features a trampoline, a swing, and a sandbox to keep the kids entertained.
Numerous hiking and biking trails start right at the property’s doorstep. You’ll receive a guest card that allows you to use public transportation buses for free.



On-site costs: • From May through October, the Achensee Adventure Card is available; you can book it directly at Haus Karoline when making your reservation or during your stay. It offers many free activities and discounts. • Well-behaved dogs are welcome. We charge a fee of EUR 15 per pet per day, excluding food.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
