About this house rental
3BR townhouse that offers all of the Lake activities and entertainment and a covered boat slip and ramp on site. Perfectly situated just a few houses down from the brewery which often has live entertainment that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own space next to the fire pit while you prepare a delicious BBQ on the grill, and its only minutes away from groceries and hot-spots to visit. Sleep well on your choice of 3 luxury mattresses or stay up all night watching all of your favorites on the jailbroken firestick provided.
The brewery next door usually has live music and entertainment during high season. Feel free to relax and soak in quiet views of wildlife and enjoy waterfront access to the lake, complete with an assigned covered BOAT SLIP only steps away. The onsite boat ramp, beautiful lake views, large grassy area, patio, picnic areas, and sandy beach make it hassle-free to enjoy a perfect vacation with your best friends and family. Adventure out on the tennis court/pickle ball court or have all sorts of water-fun from quiet activities like kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, wading, fishing, canoeing, or just floating on a raft to fast-paced fun such as wake-boarding, water skiing, tubing, or boating to one of a number of restaurants on the lake.
Perfect for families and friends, the on-site amenities include a charcoal grill, high-speed internet, firepit, and a large screen TV with a jailbroken firestick to watch live TV, and all of your favorite movies and shows. Great location next to small beach area for young kids and next door to brewery and restaurant. Host was accommodating during entire process. Townhouse was very comfortable for our family. Hope to stay again.

This cozy and comfy condo suited our family's needs perfectly. The layout allowed for eyes on monitoring of the children and was spacious enough for family time tog

This lakefront townhouse is in a great location; central part of the lake and easy access to anything on the lake you would want. The lake is right out your back steps with easy access to the community swim area of the lake and the provided boat slip.
The house fit what we needed, good size rooms, and space for our family of 4. The floors are new and the beds are comfortable.
A few issues we encountered during our stay:
- Refrigerator door handle was broken; on-site property manager mentioned they fixed it once but it was broken again. The drawers in the fridge were also broken or didn't fit properly.
- There was a door missing on the laundry closet
- The TV stand looked to be leaning to the left like it was starting to break
- There were only 3 bath towels for a family of 4 and 1 hand towel. There were also no dish towels in the kitchen.
- The kitchen is stocked with plenty of glasses, plates and bowls but there is limited cookware. A couple of pans, a small pot and a huge pot, no cutting board.
- The kitchen is not stocked with any basic pantry items like salt and pepper.
