The "Lucia 1" vacation rental is located in the "Lucia" building, which is on Luciusstraße. The "Lucia" building underwent a complete renovation and was completed in the fall of 2015. Apartment No. 1 is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The North Beach and the Surf Café are just 400 meters away, and shopping, cafés, and the Kurplatz are all within a few minutes’ walk.

The apartment features a living room with an open kitchen/dining area on the veranda. The bedroom faces the rear of the house and is furnished with a double bed (2 mattresses, each measuring 1.00 m x 2.00 m). The modern bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, is accessible directly from the bedroom. An additional guest restroom is accessible from the living room. Custom-built cabinetry by a carpenter provides plenty of storage space, and the sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping area for two people. The apartment has a fiber-optic internet connection with good transmission quality. In the courtyard, a shed provides space for storing bicycles or a stroller. Dogs are not allowed in this vacation rental.
