The "Sonnendecks 9" vacation rental is located in the "Norderneyer Sonnendecks" building. The building was newly constructed in 2011 and is located on Jann-Berghaus-Straße. Apartment No. 9 is on the second floor and can accommodate up to four people. The building has an elevator. The Kurplatz, the pedestrian zone, and several shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is only about 500 meters away.
The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed (1.80 meters wide) and one with a double bed (1.60 meters wide)—providing sleeping accommodations for four people. The living area features a built-in wood-burning stove. It also includes a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment also has two terraces.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
A new kitchen will be installed in February 2026; please note that the apartment will not have a dishwasher until then

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll, gemütlich und sehr individuell eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass auch die Eigentümer sich dort wohlfühlen möchten. Schön auch die beiden Terrassen - sogar mit Strandkorb! - in jeweils andere Himmelsrichtungen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, obwohl sie in der Fußgängerzone liegt, und der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass man ihn gerne mehrmals am Tag geht. Besondere Überraschung: Man muss seinen Wein nicht aus dickem Glas trinken, es sind tatsächlich schöne Weingläder vorhanden. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Norderney kommen, schauen wir gerne wieder vorbei.
Schade, dass die Spülmaschine nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Aber Daumen hoch für die prompte Zusage, auf unseren Hinweis hin gleich nach unserer Abreise jemanden zu schicken, der danach schaut.
