Vacation home on the shore of the mill pond

The vacation home at Mühlenteich stands out for its prime location right in the Mühlenviertel neighborhood, in the heart of Teterow’s historic city center. From the balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view—perhaps while savoring a delicious ice cream—and let your mind wander. Many attractions, such as the City Museum in the Malchiner Tor or the gallery in the old train station, as well as various cafés, restaurants, and ice cream shops, are within walking distance. There are also several grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. Hiking enthusiasts can easily set out from here to explore the Teterow Heidberge, the Hohe Holz, or Teterow Lake. The nearby city park is perfect for short walks, and there’s a great playground for children. The Hamburg-Rügen long-distance bike trail runs right past the house. There are also guided tour options for bike excursions along forest, field, and farm roads far away from busy streets. Golfers will find a practice course and a championship course in the Teterow neighborhood of Teschow.



Vacation Home by the Mühlenteich:

The vacation home has a total of three floors. The entryway is located on the first floor. A staircase leads up to the first floor. Here, guests will find a spacious living/dining room. It offers a cozy corner to relax by the tiled stove, as well as a spacious couch with an extra-wide ottoman. The room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, beautiful antique furniture, and a hardwood floor. The dining table seats up to 6 people. The couch in the living room provides an additional sleeping space (1.20 m wide) if needed.

The kitchen is also spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances. A Nespresso machine and a milk frother are also available.

On the first floor, there is also a guest room with hardwood floors, furnished with a pull-out couch featuring a mattress suitable for long-term use (140 cm wide). On this floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

Another bedroom is located on the second floor. It is furnished with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m), which can be placed separately or together as needed, as well as a flat-screen TV. The bedroom opens directly onto a spacious balcony with a view of the Mühlenteich pond and the city park. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower and toilet.

For small children, there is a travel crib and a high chair, as well as a stair gate on the upper floor.

The entire house is non-smoking. 

There is a parking space in the courtyard and a place to store bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
